Michael "Mike" Ingram
Mike Ingram is the President and Director of Maintenance at Victoria Air Maintenance, serving as the Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM) for both the company’s Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) and EASA-approved operations. A licensed Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) since 1978 with M1 and M2 ratings, he brings over four decades of experience in both piston and turbine aircraft, with deep expertise in heavy maintenance, restoration, and complex modification programs.

Tim Paton, AME
Tim Paton is the Floor Supervisor at Victoria Air Maintenance and a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) who brings a comprehensive, hands-on approach to daily maintenance operations. With over 12 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting, Tim plays a key role in ensuring work is executed efficiently while meeting the highest standards of airworthiness and regulatory compliance.

Avionics Manager
Patrick Lee, AME-E
Patrick Lee is the Avionics Manager at Victoria Air Maintenance, leading the company’s avionics department and Garmin dealership operations. With over 20 years of experience in both general and commercial aviation, he brings extensive expertise in avionics systems, aircraft electrical maintenance, and integrated flight deck upgrades across fixed-wing and rotorcraft platforms.

Syd Kallachy, Contract AME
Syd is a highly experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) with over 40 years in aviation, including more than three decades with Pratt & Whitney and International Aero Engines. Holding M1 and M2 licenses along with a Private Pilot License, he brings a rare combination of hands-on maintenance expertise and deep engine knowledge across both regional and large commercial platforms.
